Professional Experience
Bob's primary area of practice is currently Mortgage Enforcement and Realization, and Real Estate Law. His experience in Real Property Law includes work under Land Registration System and conversion of properties under the Land Registration Act. He has also practiced in the area of personal injury law and has achieved excellent results for injured individuals through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
Professional Activities & Affiliations
Bob is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, Law Society of New Brunswick, Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador, Kings County Barristers' Society, and the Canadian Bar Association. Bob taught a Business Law Course at Acadia University for eighteen years. In the past he has served as Chair of the Medical Legal Committee of the Kings County Barristers' Society, as a member of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers' Assocation, as a Board Member with the Big Brothers and Big Sisters Society for Kings and Annapolis County, and was a member of the Canadian Share Owners Association and Run Nova Scotia.
